DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Lagos orders are delivered within 7–12 working hours after payment confirmation.
  • Our products are sent directly from the factory, and deliveries are grouped with other orders going to your area, hence the lead time.
  • Your order may arrive earlier than the stated time.

Need your order FASTER?

Express delivery is available based on the prevailing Uber delivery rate at the time of your order.

AFTER PAYMENT

Kindly share:

  • An alternative phone number and
  • Alternative delivery instructions (e.g if you can’t reach me, leave with my security Ahmed).
    This helps us know what to do if you are unavailable or in a meeting when the rider gets to your location.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If the rider cannot reach you or still can’t deliver with the alternative delivery instructions, the order will be returned to the factory.
A new delivery fee will apply for re-delivery, or the order can be picked up from the factory.
Refunds are not available for orders NOT delivered due to the recipient being unreachable.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist.
Complaints reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be attended to.
