Zayith Food Company is a Lagos-based food company that produces and sells Greek yogurt, yogurt drinks, and related food products. We sell directly to consumers through our website and through authorized distributors across Nigeria.

2. Products and Pricing
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
Prices displayed on the website are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
Product images on the website are for illustration purposes. While we make every effort to display colours and packaging accurately, slight variations may occur.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is only confirmed once we have received and verified your payment.
If payment is not made within 30 minutes to 1 hour of placing your order, please reconfirm product availability before completing payment, as stock levels may have changed.
We accept payments through the methods listed on our website at the time of checkout. All payments must be made in full before your order is dispatched.
4. Delivery
Standard Delivery (Lagos)
Orders within Lagos are typically delivered within 7 to 12 working hours after payment confirmation. Our products are shipped directly from the factory, and deliveries are grouped with other orders going to your area, which accounts for the lead time. Your order may arrive earlier than the stated window.
Express Delivery
If you need your order sooner, express delivery is available at the prevailing Uber delivery rate at the time of your order. Express delivery rates will be communicated to you before dispatch.
Nationwide Delivery
We deliver to locations across Nigeria. Delivery timelines and fees for orders outside Lagos vary depending on the destination and will be communicated at the time of order.
Delivery Requirements
After payment, you will be asked to provide:
- An alternative phone number
- Alternative delivery instructions (for example, “If I’m unavailable, leave with security”)
This information helps our delivery riders complete your order if you are temporarily unavailable when they arrive.
5. Failed Deliveries
If our delivery rider cannot reach you at the provided address and the alternative delivery instructions cannot be followed, your order will be returned to our factory.
In such cases:
- A new delivery fee will apply if you request re-delivery.
- You may also choose to pick up the order from our factory location.
Refunds are not available for orders that could not be delivered because the recipient was unreachable.
6. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us directly. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund through the original payment method.
7. Refund and Return Policy
Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds based on a change of mind after delivery.
When Refunds or Replacements Apply
We will offer a refund or replacement if:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong product or an incorrect order.
- The product quality does not meet reasonable expectations at the time of delivery (for example, spoilage that occurred before delivery).
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. When reaching out, please include:
- Your order number or reference
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Complaints or refund requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be processed.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days and returned through the original payment method. In some cases, we may offer a store credit or replacement instead of a monetary refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
When Refunds Do Not Apply
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The recipient was unreachable at the time of delivery and no successful alternative delivery could be made.
- The complaint or issue was reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
- Product quality was affected due to improper storage by the customer after delivery (for example, leaving a perishable item unrefrigerated for an extended period).
- Change of mind after delivery of a perishable product.
- product spoilage due to inconsistent power supply.
8. Product Storage and Handling
Our yogurt products are perishable and should be refrigerated promptly upon delivery. Please refer to the storage instructions on the product packaging. Zayith is not responsible for any deterioration in product quality caused by improper storage after delivery.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Zayith website, including text, images, logos, product names, packaging designs, and branding materials, is the property of Zayith Food Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zayith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to allergic reactions caused by failure to read product ingredient labels.
Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

- Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or creating an account.
- Use the website only for lawful purposes.
