The difference is the Yogurt. This one uses our Low Fat Greek Yogurt, which keeps the creamy texture you’d want from a proper Greek Yogurt without the full-fat content. If you like the format but you’re trying to keep the calorie count down, this is the one we’d pick for you.
A Quick Word on the Yogurt
Our low-fat Greek Yogurt is made from quality dairy and live cultures. We don’t thicken it with fillers or stabilisers, which means it still eats like Greek Yogurt even with the fat content pulled down.
