Chidimma Uzoma is the Founder and CEO of Zayith Food Company. She grew up in a Plateau Tarok family, watching yogurt made from scratch at home, and that family recipe became Zayith. Today Zayith yogurt is made fresh in Lagos in a controlled factory, from high quality dairy and real fruit bought directly from smallholder farmers across Nigeria, over 80% of them women. Her work with Zayith has been recognised by the Fortify Forward Innovation Challenge and supported by Orange Corners Nigeria.
